Reliance Jio Koppam Store

Excellent service. We went for sim port, and received pleasant reception and done quickly.

No staff will be there to attend customers, They just open in the morning & leave somewhere to do other works

This store is absolutely a waste. They open in the morning and immediately close the store with the shutters open and door closed. For a jio related problem, I visited the store for the fourth time today. No way. When I enquired the shop next, they told me that this is the usual practice. Today I noticed that a tag is attached to the closed door with a phone number. I dialled that number many times to find that it is permanently engaged. It is better for Jio to close this store than soliciting adverse opinion generation.

Now coming to Jio service, I have pathetic experience. You can chat with them. But only limited questions can be asked. If you phone them, same automated responses are there.

I had Worst response and very very bad experience from the staff. It's better to shut down the shop.
