Good products but horrible online service. I've tried buying from them twice and both times it was poor service. The order tracking page on the website says that the order is packed and ready to be shipped but never updates. Only after you call after waiting for 2 weeks they say "sorry, it was out of stock all along, website said wrong". Last time it took over a month to coordinate and send a different model. This time they just say they're cancelling the order.

Very Cheap people, bad quality product and they are test the product inside home, how that’s even possible to test inside home and the slippers aren’t soft as shown in there ads. And when asked for refund there customer care people are very very rude and without even listening to us they cut the call as if we have paid them some papers instead of money. Never ever purchase from this cheap website they’re the biggest frauds in the business. Cheap people

They did not exchange product. Be carefull while unboxing try to record video of product as proof.
I got slight damaged product i asked to exchange it but they refused. No refund or exchange.
