It was a great experience, visited showroom today. Good customer service and discounts available.

Visited the store for battery replacement. The service was smooth and the batteries were replaced within minutes.
The salesperson offered to take a chance at the SKINN range of perfumes. I liked a variant and made a purchase of the same.

All staff were cordial and helpful. Explained about the warranty features and also extended to reach out via whatsapp in case of any queries

Titan showroom with sales and service. Staffs are very cordial and explained about the warranty and time period of the service process in detail. Understood that they did as a improvisation from their past customer experience and expectations which I felt very good. A suggestions is to have more collections and display of watches and can have other the fastback accessories like sunglasses and bags as other section which will appeal to the new customer needs.

The watch shop offer a range of brands , I knew exactly what I was looking for but was struggling to find it via other retailers as they had sold out . The watch shop had better prices .
