Cheater. He has done this 3 times with me. The shopkeeper cheats you while doing total of locally packed items such as rajma, chole, etc. When you retotal and say it's wrong, he increases the rate.
Recent one :
First he told me rajma, chole, jeera packets as Rs. 50 each, I bought few other items. He said total was ₹305. I paid the amount. After retotalling myself, I said it's only ₹290. He immediately increased the rates of these 3 items to ₹55 each.
