Last month we purchased one tailor made cupboard and dressing table (engineering wood). Their salesperson discussed with us, and took our design and other requirements. next morning they send their technicians to collect the actual dimensions of our room where the cupboard was to be placed. They delivered the product in time and the work quality was excellent and it was exactly as per our demand.

Very bad service..
Last year i purchased 4 chairs from their and unfortunately due to manufacturing deffect 3 chair damaged, and again i purchased chairs before 1 month's of lock down. And asked about the previous incident. And the salesmen said he will replace the same with free of cost. And as per the updates i returned the damaged chairs to seller and the manufacturer collected the same from their.
And after i visited more than 6 times to know that when i get the replacement. And the sales man said he will call back when it comes...
