I stumbled upon this website in my zest to go for second hand books... And what a lucky find! In all honesty, I was initially wary of their authenticity but made a leap.
There's many points in which I wish to congratulate their effort but two of them are the ease of ordering from their website and the smooth delivery always. And the coupon codes they keep throwing now and then! Many times it's happened such that I've discovered a good text through browsing on their website which is exciting. Not a fan of throwing reviews online but making an exception for them!

I have been ordering books from shbi from the past 3 years, and so have my family and friends, and we have ended up finding such gems on so many days. I have got brilliant books in anthropology and sociology which I would otherwise not be able to afford, and some really nice poetry books, and it's been sucha delight.
Also, I stay in a village without a post office of its own, so there's sometimes a lot of scope for confusion with delivery, but I have never had any hassle with theirs because they're always so approachable and they always follow up.
