I had visited today to collect some medicines which i couldnt get in another medical. the owner gave me medicines and then i asked for discount.

He got offended and said why should I give you discount if you dont buy all medicine from me.

I said I wont buy them if you are not giving discount.

Then his arrogant reply was dont visit our shop again.

He could have humbly said that he wont be able to offer discount for buying partial medicines, but his behaviour was very rude.

I promise not to visit his store ever in my life again.

I strongly recommend that don't go this medical store as shopkeepers are very very very rude and deal very badly with the customer.

I went twice to take my medicine along with prescription but shopkeeper didn't consider the prescription and denied for the medicine as this is the only medical store where i had found medicine after searched out here and there ,which was mandatory for me as prescribed by Doctor.

They don't believe in customer satisfaction and they are very disrespectful towards customer . Don't they understand if someone really requires medicine urgently what is the harm in giving the medicine when the customer has full prescription.

Don't go to this store. Shopkeeper(owner) is an idiot and very rude.
He doesn't have manners to speak with the customers. 1 star is even more for them.

The shop owner is very rude...no respect to ladies...does not know to speak hindi or english...very arrogant...harsh to customers (who are patients)...poor customer dealing...not at all recommended..
