As a customer I feel great when i met such a wonderful employee like Mr. Suresh to whom i enquired about my requirements of 6 piece curtains. That time it was not available. After one and a half month, he called me up and conveyed about the product availability.
He is a great guy and have great customer centricity. It is totally WOW service.
