In Shape health club

I must say that this is the best gym in New Panvel. I've seen many other gym's in New Panvel but I didn't found it much interesting.
As in this gym there are well qualified trainers with many years of experience and proper equipments. are provided. The atmosphere is very good and all the hygiene is maintained in a proper manner, also the gym is budget friendly.
Also thanks to Saee ma'am as she is the owner of gym and she looks after every client and guide them in a proper way.

Best gym in new panvel as early being a part of other gym here I have experienced good atmosphere. Sae ma'am and both the sir are helping and best adviser even after joining here I must say I have improved my health issues and build up strength

I am posting this review after 40 days of joining the Inshape health club .My motive was to loose weight and gain strength.Under the guidance of Coach Abhijeet the journey so far has been fantastic.I have lost 6 kgs of weight in 40 days without loosing any muscle mass .Coach Abhijeet have carved up a perfect mixup of weight-strength training exercises with cardio and diet plan which I have followed sincerely.Overall a good experience for me so far .

I would high recommend this avenue if anyone is looking for transformation.
Let me mention the reason for the same.
1. The PT given by the trainers Abhijeet Kakade sir and Tusshar Sawant sir is been monitored and recorded on progressive aspects.
2. Support is been given in proper format so that one doing the exercise is doing it in good form so that one doesn't end up with any injuries.
3. The trainers are flexible with timings if you face any issues on the times constraints.
4. The amazing part is the diet plan and guidance given by Saee ma'am is very prominent ( she explains each and every approach as to what needs to be consumed and in what aspects ratio without any fancy recommendations). She has the sheer knowledge over diet aspects which the trainers keep monitoring.

My PT is Abhijeet, the greatest part about him is he is very humble and he has variations in his exercise patterns for every individual.
Talking about results : in just one month of PT and proper diet plan given by Saee maam my body fat reduced from 22.3 to 19.0
Friendly and cool ambience, supportive staff, mixed age folks on the gym.
If you are serious about transformation and u have dedication for the same then In Shape health club gym helps you for the same.

I have been here more then 5 years the gym is absolutely great.The management is quite good and the trainers are very friendly to clear your doubts and guide you in proper manner. And at last Saee Ma'am who is owner of the gym is very generous to every clients in the gym.

INSHAPE GYM has been awesome to me. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. Convenience at its finest. A special shout out to Mr.Abhijeet Sir. He’s always been very welcoming, kind and generous.

As I am 64 years old man, I've found the best gym in New Panvel which is completely suitable for me ,as the trainers are very professional and friendly to help you in your
workout and overall the atmosphere is enthusiastic for all age groups.

I have been here in IN SHAPE HEALTH CLUB by last 7 years...my experience with this gym is amazing.. I am advocate by profession and I require strength and stamina for my daily routine...this gym helps me to achieve my goals of being fit...I recommend everyone to join this gym if you want great results..

Have been going to this place for close to a year now. I have had a great experience as the instructors are really caring and friendly and they explain step by step the entire process and how various equipments and forms help in the workout. They have been a great friend and guide in my process of getting in shape and I look forward to continued association.

This gym is amazing ,amazing facility,top equipment and great environment. Good workout vibe and friendly staff super comfortable for all age.

Basically a gym. Good equipments, excellent trainers. Owner is a lady dietitian and enthusiastically exercises. Great example to other clients.

Great gym to workout at. Personal trainer spends good amount of time on their clients during workouts. Just be consistent.

I have been associated with In shape for last 1 yr , previously beforeelock down I was going there for work out for 2 yrs , nothing has changed the proffessional quality of trainers ,equipments , reasonable fees , everything is best .
One should surely try once , and you will also have same experience as me .

This is the best gym in panvel..... If u want genuine results then this is the place.... I m national level skater and in shape health help me achieve my goals... The atmosphere of the gym is very good... And staff is very supportive...

It doesn't make any difference if the gym is closed for 2 days. We client also go for holiday. I got best results in in shape health club. Lost almost 20 kgs. Management is too good.

Good environment for workouts and everyone has a helping nature the trainers are also best for guidance and workouts
