Recomend those guys from pravachambalam to kattakkada living peoples. We need to travel lot of distance to get KFC chicken 🤣

Malayalees anyways have to learn a lot in setting bakery, making bakery food. They should mimic and follow rest of India, rather than bring stupid foods from the gulf. Vishnu bakery is trying to bring Indian sweets, but currently sweets rating is only 2/5. Since, most of these items are from tamil nadu and sell less here, the items are made dry for a longer shelf life. Samosas, puff available, but they do not serve hot with microwave ovens. Vegetable spicy sandwich, hallmark of Tamil bakeries is missing. Compared to rest of bakeries around, Vishnu is doing good. Lots of area for improvement. If the bakery caters to Hindus, rather than others, it will go sky high, else will plummet down. Samosas bought at noon here, do not stay fresh in the evening, the inner masala sulks at times.

Good ambiance and food. It would have been better if the food was served quickly.
