Freshly Milled , Pala Spice Company

Good shop for millets, spices, and we will get live floor of spices too. I visited this shop to collect samples for school project. It was a wonderful experience. I got 8 veritys of millets!!

This is one of my childhood friends initiative however my review is not biased. I tried the wheat puttu podi from Freshly Milled a week back but only got a change to prepare today. It was delicious and soft. It was so simple to prepare and everyone irrespective of the age liked it. It taste very good with both banana and/or sugar. The quality is great and I think all their products will have the same quality. I am going to visit the place with my wife in detail soon.

The Sy chilly powder is a godsend for authentic fish curries kottayam style. Gives it a super colour and fantastic flavour. Meat masala putty powders all all time favourites.. !!

Clean & Hygienic. The shop is well maintained. The process can be seen live and all products are well packed. Will certainly recommend.
