Awesomely bad place.. There is nothing smart here. You don't get may of the fresh fruits and veg and half of the time people are not there to bill items. These guys are a big drain to Ambani ji

I have been going to this place on and off from the time this used to be a Heritage run grocery. Wide range of items are available now but staff is unresponsive, unfriendly and sometimes missing. Place feels haunted. I wonder if there any managers or supervisors to oversee service quality. Items are not labelled properly. There are always surprises - the wrong kind. Fruits & vegetables are rarely fresh.

When you walk into any store you want to feel welcomed. Here employee attitude is very indifferent(2-3 of them). As if they are doing a favor to you. Don't want to help you even if they see you. If you call them they will walk towards you so slowly, lethargically, its too irritating. No activeness. Just 2 boys and 1 lady are fine, else hopeless. During the middle of the day only one billing counter card machine was working. The other stations were not working. I had to wait for so long. Horrible experience. 😠
