Fantastic collection with wide choices . Most importantly staff are very curtageous & helpful in selection.
They accept orders of limited collection &ensure we get then in decent time.
Vinay & Mohammed are very humble & have good expertise in pens & specifications.

They have an excellent collection of pens including from Caran d'Ache to Lamy. The staff is highly knowledgeable and helpful. The website sometimes doesn't list some items in stock so if you call the store they might still have the pen you are looking for which is great.

Had an excellent experience shopping at William Penn at Inorbit mall. Having purchased premium pens that couldn't be found elsewhere on their website, I absolutely had to check out their store.

As expected, the store had a brilliant collection of pens and other stationaires with some extremely high end pens. I didn't intend to actually purchase anything, but upon seeing a handcrafted leather airpods pro case, I couldn't resist. It being a leather product, was fairly expensive for an airpods case, costing 4k. I also purchased a Cross ball pen which costed 9.5k. The products themselves were excellent.

The staff were the cherry on the top. As I mentioned, I hadn't actually intended to purchase anything. When at the store, I informed the staff of the same, however, the staff were extremely polite. They didn't hesitate to show the products regardless. Having a conversation with them, I clould tell they were very passionate about stationaires. When I did end up making the purchase, they offered me a complimentary gift for Christmas/New Year and gave a choice between a Sheaffer card holder & a Sheaffer pen. I did end up choosing the Sheaffer pen, which was also an excellent pen. The complimentary pen's MRP was 1.5k, and it was a great gesture.

I would recommend anyone who appreciates stationary to visit the store and look around, even if one doesn't plan on purchasing anything.
