I believe if the nice manager is not in the store then the sales person on the first floor (without Shyam uniform), will ensure that all their customers escape by paying him extortion money.

This guy will make sure to treat you worse than a beggar which will make you feel that you are in hell and you will be forced to leave your exchange goods, money and pay extra money to exit the store.

On the other hand their ground floor staff is excellent, maybe because all high margin products are here.

Overall i regret my visit and will try my best not to visit them in future and tell all my loved ones with self respect to do the same.

Rude behavior, unprofessional, not at all satisfied with the product, cheap quality clothes. Bought shirts from this store and shirts got shrunken after one wash and I got no replacement of my shirts even manager has no professionalism to even listen to what their customers have issues. Zero stars 🌟

They are cheaters I bought 3 shirts from there, before wearing I Wash them from water but 2 shirts were shrink when I went there to complaint they did not accept I left the shirts there and walk out
