Clean hotel with reasonable pricing. Rooms and bathrooms are well maintained. In room large screen tv with an effecient ac and staff. They have an in-house restaurant that serves good food and a small bar which is adequate . Honestly did not expect this quality in Akola . I hope they maintain the standards

Very close to railway station in akola. I found very convenient, well connected, neat and clean, well designed building, parking space available, impressive interior... Enjoyed quality time with friends.. very good hospitality provided by hotel staff.. i would like to recommend to everyone.. mouth watering taste.. thanks

Clean, comfortable and classy stay with very affordable cost. Location is centrally located, rail, bus and market are in surrounding vicinity. Amicable and polite staff with quick service.

Rooms and hotel service are suited to hotel name that is Rs exclusive fine and dine it was superb experince and front office staff are very cooperate !! See uh feel good to visit again 😇

Excellent place to live. The rooms were clean , washrooms were well equipped...don't use their conditioner, it made my hair sticky...had to wash again with shampoo 😅.
The breakfast spread was very basic but tasty. I specially liked the interior of the dining area. The service was very prompt.
It is walkable distance from the train station.

Food here was pretty good. We tried Drums of Heaven, Chicken Rara and Garlic Naan.
The service was fast and beyond satisfactory.
Anjali Shah who served us our food did a very excellent job.

Delicious food and good vibe. Come for good time.

Great infrastructure at prime location.. can have improvements in hospitality. Good food, cleanliness and many things worth noteworthy.

Fantastic Staff. Have stayed in Akola many times, but this hotel has the best staff. Nice hotel with good food. Just wanted to highlight the efforts of Mr Sourav Ghosh for taking care of the laundry issue & guest seating arrangement despite lockdown constraints. Thank you to the entire hotel staff and also my congratulations to the owners for having such a great culture of service. Am sure, since the owners are treating their employees well, their employees are treating their guests well. Thanks again.

Hi, staying here after quite a long time in room 204. Sorry to say but the staff behavior changed during check in. Asked for a corporate room and specifically for a queen size bed as am physically bigger in size but the receptionist quite blatantly just stuck me with twin room with a higher tariff but basically the same size as that of corporate. He said he is out of rooms and could not get my reservation which is quite plausible as my request for room was almost 3 days back. So can be excused. But When I did ask him extremely politely, multiple times, he suddenly had a corporate room to show me that had a queen size bed. i declined it as it looked quite old. Asked them to include the meal and give me corporate discount, which they duly did. Appreciate that. Had my breakfast here today but quite honestly very disappointed. It had 3 items of the same dough, idli, uthappa and dosa on request. Add poha / bread toast to it and veg b/f is done. Would have really appreciated some thing different like a bread pakoda or batata wada / medu wada, or chole / aloo bhaji Puri or just parathas, etc. The staff though at restaurant and housekeeping are very nice. They give nice shower gels and dental kit which is really appreciated. Yet to have my dinner tonight and then tomorrow's breakfast before leaving for tomorrow's evening train to Mumbai back. Hoping for a better experience for dinner n breakfast.

Regarding the room. It's nice and cozy. All the appliances are working fine. Ac, tv, coffee maker. The tata sky has all the English news channels and sports channels which is highly appreciated. The bathroom though is extremely small, the shower space and toilet bowl space is just too small. They should relook at that. Is it only for my room or others as well, i don't know.

Overall nice arrangement as per locality.

The place is great. I went in for a late night dinner with my family. The staff of the restaurant is really very courteous and helpful. The ambience of the restaurant is really stunning. The food is great as well. They have a chicken main course speciality called chulhe ka chicken which is fantastic. Great place to chill out and have a nice evening and delicious food.

Good hotel to enjoy beautiful dishes

As the name suggests, a fine dining experience that NO OTHER Restuarant can ever provide in Akola.
This is the Mecca for Foodies. Every dish they service is a class and is no match to any other local offerings. Though the rates are high than any local restuarant. Its offerings are worth spending.

I love the each servings in the 7 course meal I had right from the starters till the shizzling icecream.

I visited with my Wife and Infant for whom they arranged a special sofa so that my then 4 months daughter could sleep.

Not only the food is BEST but the staff is so very dedicated.

Me, being a Bangalorian, loved RS exclusive and would recommend everyone!
