I am not a usual guy who gives a review. When something different happens it matters. I always travel around and stay at good hotels. I was amazed by the efficiency of service and politeness and readiness to do things here. They treat you with a personal touch. Amazing. I have no say for the room as it never served the purpose. But yes the service O got never got me to think of my room. Room was good just 2 single beds instead of a king size. I checked in as 2 adults and 1 child. I still never understood why I got 2 single bed. My son fell of many times from the bed while sleeping as he had to sleep with one of us in a single bed. Otherwise amazing.

The food is fantastic.Atmosphere is chill and cool and staffs are friendly Absolutely loved their Naan and Butter chicken.

Very good location, view from east facing rooms is awesome. Complementary breakfast available. Rooms are clean and service is good. Good behavior of staff. Overall good for the family. Rent is a bit high.

Very good and friendly staff.

Very decent hotel to stay when in Aizawl. Stayed in an executive suite which was spacious and comfortable. Restaurant food and service was very good. Staff members were helpful and very polite. Will recommend this hotel to all. Room Tip: ask for a higher floor suite whilst travelling with family. Special thanks to the housekeeping manager Mamuani. Very professional and efficient lady. If you are taking a flight, don't expect any good meal arrrangement at the airport 😔. Have your lunch at the hotel and proceed.

The best hotel to stay in Aizawl. It is expensive but the room we stayed was spacious and clean. Service was good. Complimentary breakfast was also good. The location is great with many restaurants and shops nearby.

In general, a good place to stay.

Very pleasant experience. Neat and clean premises. Charming behaviour of each and every young staff. On time room service, tasty foods, love to eat complimentary breakfast, spacious room with all necessary facilities, hygiene housekeeping. Really a 3 star category hotel with reasonable rental pick up and drop car facilities with in main market area.

Hotel Regency is sophisticated and truly 3 star hotel located in Zarkawt, Aizawl. I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks during my Mizoram trip and totally enjoyed my stay. Reception staff is very friendly and always welcomes you with a cheerful smile. There is a small restaurant on the left side of reception where the breakfast, lunch and dinner are served, food quality is good and taste is superb. My stay was in presidential suite which was really nice big and comfortable (please check the images attached). View from presidential suite is amazing during day and breathtaking at night. Furniture and room decoration is simple but appealing. Room service is available round the clock but last food order is till 9:30 PM and it’s nearly impossible to get food from outside after 10 PM. KFC is 50 meters and Millenium mall is 10 minutes walk away.
Most amazing part of this hotel is it’s staff, each and every person is very nice, jolly, supportive and full of energy. In bottom line this is the best place to stay in Aizawl. Many thanks Hotel Regency :)

It was a great experience staying here, the staff is good, service is good, rooms are cleaned. This is one of the best stay in mizo. The have a inhouse restaurant serving variety of food and cuisines. You will not be getting scenic views of Mizoram but you will be getting a comfortable stay. Overall great experience.

Hotel Regency is the finest hotel of aizwal. the staff is nice and humble. desks are responsive and quick. you can have variety of food here from north indian to south indian, chinese, continental/ oriental. food is good. you can hire a taxi from reception. the hotel is located at a good place and connects you well to city

Stayed here 9 nights in February 2021. Very comfortable hotel with very friendly and cooperative staff. They arranged a taxi to go to Champhai, Reeik and to the airport. The breakfast was good as well as the dinner we ordered. The lobby opens to one street while the 5th floor room opens to another street due to the hilly terrain. There are lots of restaurants close by, such as Red Pepper, Dolly's cafe etc. serving excellent food. The laundry charges are too high.
Overall an excellent hotel.

I feel this is the best hotel in Aizawl. I’m currently staying here for 6 days. The food is decent, I wouldn’t call it very tasty. The room is large and very clean. There are 3-4 windows with excellent views of the valley. Mineral water, toiletries, TV, Fridge etc. are in working condition. The staff is very well behaved and polite, especially the Restaurant staff. Definitely would recommend.

Nice hospitality, awesome breakfast

Situated in the heart of the city and a good hangout place. The waiters were above standard, they were very polite. The foods were great and I personally would suggest the pork ribs (as Mizoram ahas the best pork in the country😅). But, the sweetness of the virgin mojito was more than enough(sweeter than my girl friend or maybe more).

I was there for breakfast on Sunday. I stayed at a different hotel. And compared to that I found the staff was really polite, discipline, not too up to the mark but they managed well. They had buffet system in breakfast as usual. They had apple/orange/pineapple juice, milk, coffee, tea options were also available alongside cutlet, omllett, vada & sambhar and brown bread.
