Very tasty dishes. Located above UT(same building as Punjab National Bank) so it's a difficult spot to find. Not sure about the access to washroom. Overall, a very recommended resturant, personally!

Editing my review again because I've lost count of how many times I visited Mom & I, the service is top notch, you get the best food. Classic and classy, the dim lights adding retro vibes to it. Forget about the space, just go alone and enjoy. No competition but, It's the best I know in K-town.👍🏿

Amazing food and a beautiful, calm place to escape away from the hustle and bustle of Kohima.
The Taiwanese Beef Noodle is highly recommended.
