It’s a great experience. I have purchased GLA 200 here and the overall experience is Amazing. Here I would like to highlight about the Sales executive Bharath from Titanium Motors, Chennai - whenever I approached him for any assistance, he is like the man very helpful and he has lot of patience to clarify our ask. The way he deal the problems I took to him, it’s like a magic. For sure he is a pillar and biggest asset of Titanium Motors. I would say he is a sales king and he is the most important reason I have chosen this dealer to buy the car otherwise I could have gone for some other model or some other dealer. I am highly impressed with his customer support skills and sales approach. For sure I will recommend him to my friends and relatives and also Titanium Motors for any Mercedes Benz purchase. Finally it’s a wow experience for me and Bharath made my day at the time of car delivery by making everything awesome!!!

I got the all new GLA 220 d in August 2021 from Titanium Motors, OMR, Chennai. We had excellent customer support from the showroom before, during and after purchase from the dealer. Mr. Barakath ali who was the executive in charge, was outstanding. He helped me in all ways and made the purchase in a simple, comfortable manner. My booking was made mostly through phone conversation with Mr. Ali who made me so comfortable so that i could do most of the processes from home. The delivery of the vehicle was a surprise to my 5 year old daughter, and they have made it an enjoyable memory for my kid. Even after the delivery, Mr. Ali is helping me with getting RC at my place, booking service, helping me with accessories.
