Axis Bank Branch

Sector 20 Axis Bank branch is the best bank branch in Panchkula. I have been holding an account here for over last 14 years and no matter when I have visited the branch it has never taken me more that a few to get my work done. The staff is always friendly and very much helpful. I Highly Recommended this branch of Axis Bank.

Poor services, pathetic. I have paid an amount to them in feb 2022 to further forwared to the cibil dept. but they did nothing. Even asked me to wait and call the customer care although i was sitting in front of an executive at branch. They are harassing me from past two years. My husband expired last month and i need a personal loan but just because of their carelessness my application declined from so many banks. I even cried on call while talking to customer care but these people don’t understand the pain of a customer. They continuously asking me to wait for 15 day or sometimes 45 days,but i don’t understand that when these days will be over like i m waiting from 2022.
Poor services.

Disrespectful staff especially the females, highly uneducated, rude and doesn’t even have a decent behaviour at Ludhiana branches as well on customer care as well. Today itself, a charge was levied on my credit card And upon calling customer care, I was told the amount is on hold as my new (1 month old) credit card’s amount is pending and so I have to pay charges. I spoke to Ms. Ayesha (a senior) who was extremely rude and straight away blamed me that I should have called and enquired if I didn’t get any notification. I especially told that I received a call yesterday as well regarding my other credit card as this month I didn’t receive any notification and cleared amount of almost 60k in 1 go within 5 min so why wasn’t I reminded at that time as well to which she said it is our bank’s policy to only discuss 1 card and that fault is mine I didn’t call to confirm or check. Such bashful behaviour by the staff which is inappropriate for an educated person is not accepted and expected from a reputed company like yours.

Upon saying that this isn’t fair as I could have been reminded and then I’ll discontinue the account to which she instantly replied that I can go ahead with the same.

If your bank doesn’t value a customer and on top of that talks so bluntly, rudely and in such a harsh tone, without even considering client’s viewpoint then I’m sorry to say I’m highly disappointed.

Worst banking services

The staff at mall road brnch specially...the service to reactivate the account could be provided at the main brach but these guys told that u need to visit the branch jaha par apka account h. i.e dugri..durvyo these kind to staff ..i traveled around 7 kms from my home...whereas the staff at dugri is very polite n good and they resolved al my issues.

Mall road urf the main branch.u guys have poor concrns for ur customers.

worst NRI banking service I have had in my life. I waste my lot my money thorough international calling to customer service but no solution. they provide two emails for head and operational branch. both are not working. getting bank response from postmaster. Now am frustrated.
