Radisson Blu Hotel, Ludhiana

We booked a room on our wedding night it’s a very splendid experience because I’m from London and I thought staying in hotels in India maybe uncomfortable than compare to London
But actually hospitality begins from India
Either it’s a room or breakfast very thing is in its finest state !!
We have the king size breakfast and people are there to assist us to bring the coffee the pratha we simply relax on the table
My heartiest wishes to all team of Radisson especially the Mr Arib from the Breakfast and The lady Duty manager from morning shift
Makes us feel extra comfortable throughout our stay !!
Mr Atesh provide the best service and eye for detail to understand our needs as well
I recommend every at least to enjoy the food and culture of Radisson Blu!!

The ambiance is good and staff is also good, but Many of the city cab and taxi drivers don't know about this location from the hotel name, it is known by MBD mall.

Moreover i would like to discuss about the more team members , komal mam , parteek sir , karishma mam , They all are very nice , They always give a warm welcome . The security incharge mr. Vishal he always give vip welcome to hotel . He is a very helpful person .& His all team members drivers khan , karamveer, chamkor singh , vicky i remember there names on my tips because i am coming here since 2014 and they dont need anything from us just they need is a love and respect which they also give to us .. Really appreciate the work and the love which radisson group is giving us since 2014 .. we feel like its our second home whenever we come to radisson Hotel ludhiana ...

We stayed in Business Class room. Me and my husband with my 4 year old were very comfortable. The room is one of the prettiest in the country. The checkin was smooth and all of our queries were instantly solved by a very sweet girl Komal in the reception. Overall excellent experience. We will surely come again.

It was a pleasure staying at this Hotel, which is 5 minutes walking from the Mall. Radisson is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.
