Frank Ross Pharmacy

After this below bad experience with Frankross, I imideatly get call from frankross and they return the extra money. I am happy to tell that the management is highly active and they do care for customer.

I was badly needed a bp monitor as my father can't go to hospital now due to covid-19 issue. Me and my family always give 1st priority FR pharmasy to get medicine. Today I visited the uluberia bazarpara frankross store and was looking for bp monitor.
That was not available on that store,but one of their employee told that I can take it from our store room,I said ok.
After a long time he came and ask for 2k cash and he gave me a different store unauthorize bill.
I asked him why this bill, I need frankross bill, he told me please come out side.
We both move to outside and he given me 100 rs and told me please sir try to understand. He suddenly ran away on the other side I was in hurry l was about to move for home.
Suddenly a N came tounknown guy me and asked me are you looking for bp monitor? I was shoked, I asked why? He told me the frankross guy purchase from me on 1400 rs. Basically uluberia bazarpara station road frankross cheat me 500 rs.

So I hope you can understand the people are working in Frank Ross,how they have been trained.

I have tried customer care but they are not receiving call at all.
