Agree the govt had banned plastic bags.....since for the purchase of clothes of morethan Rs.500/- value,a cloth merchant is providing a non plastic carry bag, why cannot they keep such non plastic bags n give to their customers?

Compared to similar groceries its a much better place economically, availability, and clean. Parking your car would be a challenge.
