I must truly appreciate their service. In the last 1 month, we had booked atleast 6-7 trips with Saravana Track. All the drivers who were appointed for the trip were extremely professional, patient and trustworthy. A special shoutout to their telephonic service desk team as well for booking promptly and for their politeness.

What prompted me to review them today was this driver named Hari (from Assigned Vehicle No. 703). We booked 3 hours 30 kms package to drop my mom and kid at a particular location and already we were running late for the class. We also had to pick up an other person on the way. There was huge confusion, tension as we weren't able to locate the other person's location for about 40 mins. Google maps nor instructions nor phone calls sharing directions worked. Time was very short and back to back phone calls from different people were pouring in and out to get sorted. Had it been any other driver, they would have literally lost it for all the mess and situation going on (Imagine all these with 2 kids in the car) 😂

This young driver somehow made the whole experience less tensive by being patient, pausing for a moment, and then clearly thinking through what needs to be done. He located the other person after that. He didn't even lament or blame anyone for all confusion instead he joked, took appropriate speed and ensured that the kids reach class as soon as possible.

Hats off to him ! I don't know his full name nor did I see his face. But such people make some tough days more easier and memorable. Thank you. 👌
