Review of the surgical fellowship training:
I joined Drishti Netralaya as a clinical fellow in phacoemulsification for 6 months. I am glad that I got the opportunity to work in this hospital under the mentorship of Dr. Isha ma'am and Dr. RKA sir in a healthy working atmosphere. I had a great experience in terms of clinical teaching, surgical training, and academic exposure. I had all my doubts and queries cleared throughout the tenure, and I am extremely satisfied with this fellowship program. I would definitely recommend this institute to my colleagues and acquaintances. 10 on 10!!!

I had joined Drishti Netralaya on the 1st of March as a short-term Phaco trainee. It’s been 2 months and my experience is no less than astounding!
My mentor Dr Isha Agrawalla madam is an excellent surgeon, knows the struggles of a beginner, excels at teaching the nuances of surgeries and yet is a very humble person. I was fortunate to receive Dr RK Agrawalla sir’s tips from his 35+ years of ginormous ophthalmic experience.
