Big and very organised station. Staff is very cooperative platform are very clean. The station have plenty of spaces like Ac waiting Halls for Ac tickets passenger, Waiting hall for general passenger. All platform are very easy to access by just one bridge. All stays available just out of station. Indian Railways are working very well on these things there very difference before and now.

One of the best and Beautiful Railway Stations in India. Hygiene, Staff, Waiting facility, water, etc everything was good, as general public expect from a Railway station.

The railway staff guide everyone for each and every help you require.

Loved the entrance outer part. Very well designed with showcasing old railway engine.
Platforms are clean enough. Have proper sitting facility.

Ratlam station is generally not very crowded except the rush hour of indore demu or dahod demu, clean platforms, good parking, working lifts and an escalator.

All platforms in the station are clean with drinking water, toilet and seating facilities. Computerized ticket counter and reservation centre are there. Electronic display and audio systems for announcements are also available. Outside the station, lot of hotels and restaurants are there for passengers. Parking for two wheeler and four wheeler are available along with auto rickshaw and taxi to go somewhere.

The station is good, it is very big, the food is also available properly, compared to other stations.

Very nice and clean station.
You can get water and food like burger, ice cream,vadapauv,and it was nice experience to visit here and you alo get Gauava which is famous in here.

I have seen first time that kind of cultural railway station. It has covered large area. There are 3 - 4 buildings which are attractive.

Very good place to take train all where India

Direct trains to almost all major cities across India. U can find lots of parrots during night sitting on a tree outside the station. A well developed and clean junction. U can buy ratlami sev just outside the station.

Food water security and all facilities available

Life is a journey which will continue even if you don't want to travel and you will have memories for lifetime for things you experienced..Road is always exceptional but train journey is also a fun if you got good hygiene train and food of multistates while 🚸...Gujarat to Rajsthan...!

Ratlam junction should have more passengers aminities like waiting rooms and wash areas in all platforms in particular platform 5/6 where many trains stops. Passengers exposed to cold, and hot weather during their waiting period for connecting train.

Very good, neat & clean station

Very good maintained station. It has 3 different entrance - Platform No 1, Platform No 4 and Platform No 7.

Platform No 1 and 4 are crowded with many shops outside.
