Battery rickshaw also goes here, you need to ask for lodi park. This place is good but not well maintained. The washroom is there in the park, the water cooler as well but local people don't respect the monument as you can see the statues are destroyed. But this happens because people are not aware of the place and tourists don't visit much that's why the government doesn't take the initiative to maintain the site. I suggest everyone after visit send a mail to Haryana tourism send your feedback for improvement and help changing the world.

The Tomb of Ibrahim Lodhi, the last Sultan of Delhi who was from the Lodhi Dynasty, is located near the gurudwara. It is situated amidst a small garden. It is located at a walking distance from GT Karnal road. It is an open tomb with a grave of Ibrahim Lodhi. This is the place where the deceased body of the Sultan was buried after his defeat in the first battle of Panipat in 1536 AD at the hands of Babur, who subsequently led to the foundation of the Mughal Empire in the Indian subcontinent. The monument is currently maintained by the Department of Archives and Archaeology, Government of Haryana. A must visit place. Well maintained with the cooperation of the Municipal Corporation of Panipat city.

In panipat, locally this place is known as GREEN PARK. It is just infront of a GURUDWARA ( BHAI LALO KA GURUDWARA).
History is great but not the place ..needs maintenance, proper security ..
Tomb of Ibrahim Lodhi who was the sultan of Delhi sultanate, and was defeated by Babar (who established mugal empire in India) after the invade of 1526 which was the first battle of Panipat. And he was the Babar who used tanker gun in battle first time ever in India.

Lodhi park, a historical site. This is Ibrahim lodhi'as tomb. I spent my childhood in nearby localities. You can go to this place by hiring an e-rickshaw from bus stand or railway station
This place is restored in recent years, local mcd is taking care of its reatoration. There's a huge garden in the premises. Children can play there and I have seen elderly taking a walk there. Security is not an issue.
There is a Gurudwara and Hanuman mandir nearby. And few grocery shops where you can buy snacks and enjoy your stay/visit.
Nearest fuel station is just 600 mts away and the nearest hotel is a 2 star hotel. But I'd suggest hotel le gem if you are an outsider.

In 1526, the Mughal forces of Babur, the king of Kabulistan (Kabul, Afghanistan), defeated Ibrahim's much larger army in the Battle of Panipat. Ibrahim was killed during the battle at Panipat and his tomb now lies there. It is estimated that Babur's forces numbered around 25,000–30,000 men and had between 20 and 24 pieces of field artillery. Ibrahim Lodi had around 30,000–40,000 men along with at least 100 elephants. After the end of Lodi dynasty, the era of Mughal rule commenced.

Ibrahim Lodhi was defeated by Babur in 1526 in the first battle of Panipat. His grave is on a simple brick platform approached by a few steps. Panipat committee is maintaining a beautiful park here. This monument is of National importance as per the Archaeological Survey of India.

The tomb of Ibrahim Khan Lodhi is situated in a park, maintained by Panipat Municipal Committee. The tomb is situated near tehsil office, close to dargah of Sufi saint Bu Ali Shah. He was defeated and killed during the First Battle of Panipat, fighting against Mughal emperor Babur on 21st April, 1526. All that now stands at that place is a rectangular open grave on a high double-terraced platform approached by a flight of steps from two sides constructed in Lakhauri bricks. This grave marks the final resting place of the last Sultan of Delhi, Ibrahim Lodi. An inscription fixed in a niche, near the grave declares that this tomb was rebuilt during the British regime by the District Administration in 1867 AD. It bears no architectural significance, though it commands matchless historical significance.

Ibrahim Lodi's tomb is situated near the tehsil office in Panipat, close to the Dargah of Sufi saint Bu Ali Shah Qalandar. It is a simple rectangular structure on a high platform approached by a flight of steps.

Ibrahim Lodi became the Sultan of Delhi in 1517 after the death of his father Sikandar. He was the last ruler of the Lodi dynasty, reigning for nine years between 1517 until being defeated and killed at panipat. After facing many rebellions his Afghan nobility eventually invited Babur to invade India. Thus ended his reign and Mughal rule commenced on India.
