Sheraton Grand Palace Indore

Great hotel, prompt and quick services. Staying here was totally worth the time. One special thing about the hotel was it's all vegetarian only menu, which I've found unique for a Sheraton property, but kudos to the chefs the food was absolutely scrumptious.

We group of 11 peoples came for dinner in S cafe. Food were delicious and service provided by Gayatri and Priya was really a nice experience. They serve food with a great smile and energy. We feel like we are having dinner with family member.

Excellent hospitality and friendly staff.Lovely Hotel and above all being fully vegetarian is a treat to veggie food lovers.The ambience is good and we seem to have shortlisted this for a destination wedding in the future already.The staff also made an extra effort to show us the grand Hall on request.Would love to go to Indore again just to stay here🙂

Everything about this hotel is impeccable. Service was Exceptional with every person, be it at the front desk, restaurant, bar etc, going above and beyond in ensuring guests have a a great stay.

I hold Marriott platinum elite status and spend a considerable number of nights at Marriott properties every year. I can pretty easily count this as one of the best Marriott properties, that I would gladly choose to return to.

Sheraton grand palace is wonderful and peaceful home stay palace. The room's are kept neat and clean. The fooding arrangements are well. Thire room rent will be manageble for all class of people's

The support staff has been exceedingly nice and very helpful , be it housekeeping or other service.

The buffet spread is very good . Vikas has particularly taken care of us by attending to all our needs and desires along with Rishu.

One of the best palaces I have visited.
The only thing is the location is far from main Indore and requires 40 mins from main Indore.

Had lunch over there. Perfect choice for vegetarians in the city. Food was tasty and will visit again for sure.

Amazing food and hospitality at restaurant. Kanhu was an excellent host, chef Vibhas was so kind to take care of our preferance for no onion no garlic food.

It is a beautiful palatial property… we had a great experience.. staying as well as having the food at there restaurant… the night buffet was amazing and breakfast spread was even better.. with chef shiraz and excellent staff kanhu and shubham. They gave us lovely hospitality.. we will totally recommend anyone coming to Indore to stay here once for sure.

I had a great experience in Sheraton Grand. Everything was perfect right from entry to exit. The ambiance, food and specially their staff (Krishnakant, Kanhu, Chef vibad) offered a warm hospitality. Never a dull moment at this beautiful place. Must try their buffet!
