This bank branch used to be housed in 2 floors, ground and first. Now, it's operating only from ground floor. Thus, congestion has increased and the crowd density has gone up, adversely impacting customer experience. This bank used to conduct foreign exchange ops a few years ago but now they have wound up fx transactions. It can be clearly seen that the fortunes of this branch are on a declining trend. Quick efficient and courteous services are key for any bank to thrive. It's hoped that this bank branch will turn the corner sooner than later.

Narsapur sbi adb bank service manager is not responding property with me customers. She is behaving in different way she was talking very angry with the customers. This is not satisfied for me.

As per RBI there is no Lunch break for employees.
They should work on shifts.
But in NARASAPUR SBI have a special privilege to take a lunch break between 2:00 to 2:30 ?
Sometimes it extends to 3:00 Pm .
But they will strict fallow RBI RULES for closing the bank at sharp 05:00 PM

Manager is nice but accountent manager is waste guy and cashier behaviour is horrible not prompt and there should be ticket counter option should be there
