Nice location near to all major amenities.Hotel food is delicious feel like having a homely cooked .
Stay there for 5 nights -it’s wonderful and staff is great.Thanks to housekeeping staff for giving heat and tidy room everyday .

Mr. Dinesh verma is very humble and well managed the guest at our stay with proper hospitality and courtesy.

The raste is very good, chef is very creative of their dishes, we have memorable dining experience always

Really good Indian food. I loved it.

Rooms are nice and big, approx 160 sq foot. Decent bathrooms. Very good service. Good hygiene levels. Active valet parking.

On the down side, the lift is too small, so on a busy day u will have to wait alot. Infrastructure wise alot of small damages here and there. Furniture and mattresses are reaching their ends though in good condition yet.

Over all, good place to stay with family. My next party will be here only.

I would definitely recommend every one to stay here . Only downside what I found is restaurant is expensive as compared to the quantity they serve. And elevator is bit small and slow. Other than that there is no complain. But these issues can be ignored.

The rooms are good, clean and spacious. The restaurant Masala Bay serves good tasty both vegetarian and non- vegetarian food. The staff is courteous and caring. The restaurant's female staffs were very attentive and take very good care in serving.
The hotel serves complimentary buffet break fast which is good.
They also offer pick up and drop service to airport.

Awesome experience with Kingsway, Raipur. The check-in time was 12pm but however the rooms were available and we got it at 11am but they didn't charge extra for that. Very kind of them. The rooms and washroom were very clean. Room service is awesome. Food is good a bit pricy but good overall. Aloo Paratha served in the buffet breakfast was amazing.

Ideal for ceremonial functions with appropriate parking facilities.

The experience was superb. It has all the amenities and the service was on time and the staff was always very helpful. I would recommend this hotel who wants to find a budget hotel with top notch facilities and world class hygiene. I am very impressed as you don't get all of it in such an attractive price. Kudos to the Kingsway team!

Right from the location of hotel to accessibility to the major areas of the city to the services are at par with what a modern hotel must be like. With good ambience, a great ball room to nice and cosy rooms, this place has everything one needs to spend any occasion comfortable or be it any casual weekend with friends or family. The staff indeed is cooperative and helpful apart from the security and facilities that are must but are overlooked otherwise.

Our family member booked it engagement ceremony.The hall was in quite good condition and could easily accommodate 100-200 people.The food quality was also good.The staff was also friendly.Although we did faced minor electricity shortage but they did resorted it with back up generators. Now if you are looking for good hotel for family function this is a good option ..:)
