The worst customer experience and support from the bank officials. The whole branch is a joke with no facilities whatsoever!

The executives especially the higher ones are extremely unprofessional who do not know what they’re doing and have no subject matter expertise.

They just want your deposits and money with no responsibility for your experience.

I have heard about this branch from many people, the service of the branch are very bad.

NOT OPEN ACCOUNT IN THE BRANCH..

Also customer support system is very bad.

AU bank atlas road branch manager bilkul bhi professional nahi hai...is branch me koi bhi account open mat karwao... mere brother ka account bhi is branch me tha... branch manager ne itna preshaan kar diya ki hamne apna account hi band karwa diya.... Ek bar customer inko paise dede... uske baad ye customer ko kuch nahi samajhte... Isse acha to SBI me 500rs wala account open karwa lo... ye branch bilkul fraud hai...
