The place is peaceful and beautiful. However, you would hardly find anyone here. It is actually not a lake but an abandoned stone quarry. A place where stone or geological material is dug from. A quarry lake is a lake that is formed after a quarry has been dug through a mining operation. Water-filled quarries can be very deep, often 50 ft (15 m) or more, extremely dangerous. The place is not far from the city but the spot is isolated. This is a spectacular place for photography.
A very eye-catching and soothing location which is nearly 200 meters from the main ring road is a full package of amazing view with lots of photography location. Must visit it if you are really fascinated about any reflection shots and spend your time watching the beauty of the location with your loved ones. Avoid going near cliffs and don't dare to enter the lake. Leave before sunset. Overall a good place to enjoy the scenic beauty..but with caution.

Good for taking pictures of sunrise and sunset and nothing more. There is no greenery and conditions of road is not good enough.
This place is created due to construction process of the road. The stones where taken from this place and deep places formed where waters gathered and made lakes. The place name is jhiri thats why its called jhiri lake. The roads to the lake are under construction even many people comes to see these places and good place to spend some time with friends but good to come in group.
This place is very pleasant and peaceful place to be, but you cannot go by Car.
Bike ride will be perfect way to go.
You can watch a beautiful sunset during winters.
Better to go in group rather to go alone.

There are two small lakes. The larger one beautiful af! (It's also tooo deep so you won't find many people) Do spend a nice time sitting by the waters. It's very calming.
Also! Take the route that goes from the settlement. The other route is very Rocky. The person sitting at the back of a two wheeler will have to walk some parts while the rider rides for his life lol.

Conditions of roads are not good due to rain, other than that place is sureal.

The experience was so much relaxing and beautiful Landscape. But the road was so bad. We had so much difficulty. Some time there was no road or Breeding water. This should be Maintained.

Government needs to take little more care to attract tourists. You go with bike and car. Stay away from jumping into water. It is very deep lake. Bathing and swimming is prohibited. Water-filled quarries can be very deep, often 50 ft (15 m) or more, and surprisingly cold, so swimming in quarry lakes is generally not recommended. Unexpectedly cold water can cause a swimmer's muscles to suddenly weaken; it can also cause shock and even hypothermia. Though quarry water is often very clear, submerged quarry stones and abandoned equipment make diving into these quarries extremely dangerous. Several people drown in quarries each year
I would strictly not suggest to jump or take a bath here. It looks risky and suspicious.
Also, since there is no human settlement close by, you should be here in a group and couples or girls should be a bit careful.

It was a great place, there weren't many people so there was peace all over the place.
The view is great. A good place to spend some time Or have it as a picnic spot.

Warning: be careful when you go at the height and please don't dive in if you want to live and Stop calling this a lake, it's just a small depression filled with water. Ok but it's a nice place to Hangout with friends if the weather favours. Just be safe!!!

nice place to visit but dont visit there alone and also dont try to get inside water because its very deep and i request dont visit there alone ,and also dant stay there when it stert to get dark

A place hard to reach due to bad conditions of the route but will be worth it as you will be simply mesmerized by the view of the lake the calm water

This place is peaceful, quiet and seems far from any civilization. It gave me a grim disquiet feeling as well. It's commonly known as a suicide point and the lack of tourists or people seem to point in that direction as well.
But overall, it's a beautiful place to visit though probably not with any physically disabled person.
