At this point Google is not allowing me to entirely delete the review I initially posted when I couldn't reach anyone there, but I did manage to contact someone at another branch who kindly helped and called me back with all the required details. Pickup and delivery service as advertised on website does not seem to be available now (which is surprising, since that seemed to be the unique selling point that their whole business model revolves around) but I do intend to go there with laundry and will again edit this review accordingly once laundry mission is (hopefully) successfully completed.
