Great medicine store, all medicines are available and did a great job in bringing discounts on medicines to the city of siliguri. Long time customer and will continue to be one.

Reason for the 1 star review are as follows:

1. Medicines Ordered for ailing grandmother on afternoon of 10th of October 2023 through WhatsApp channel
2. No confirmation on 10th, when called on 11th, promised delivery by EOD.
3. Multiple follow ups taken for Delivery on 11th and assured delivery everytime.
4. Delivery not received.

My grandmother had to miss multiple doses for my reliance on an establishment and their 4 time confirmation to my calls. When spoken about the order the day after over a phone call, representative showed no responsibility, remorse or corrective actions. This is an essential and critical commodity business. Promises are to be made and to be kept otherwise it’s life or death. Serious steps requested from establishment owner on acknowledgment, sensitisation and betterment of the delivery services.
