The Corner Cafe Sanjauli Shimla - Best Cafe / Best Food / Best View / Indian Food in Shimla

Pleasantly surprised as I have tried pastas and pizzas in many good places in Shimla and was not able to find a tasty meal. Food is yummy and the server was very polite. The portion was good and the price is also worth it. I feel that the menu can be improved a little bit more with time by having more options. I would definitely visit again and would also recommend it to friends and family.

A true foodie must visit this amazing place; with soothing ambience and amicable staff, the experience of being here adds to the wholesome deliciousness served with each dish.

We tried veg sushi 🍣 (quite a refreshingly unique taste), vrumb fried pesto cheese balls, lasagna, mocktails... everything was perfect!
The menu is quite diverse and interesting.

I will definitely visit again to try more dishes.

P.s. they also give wallet credit or points when you register with them.

The chef's at Sanjauli are coming up a storm. Couldn't believe the quality of food being served at the corner cafe, so unexpected it blew our mind. Loved the ambience and atmosphere at the place with their all wooden interiors and the amazing view through the balcony. Whenever you are in Shimla make sure to visit the corner cafe without fail, you won't regret it. We were staying in Naldera and stopped here while traveling, it was by far the best food I've had in the hills, there is nothing to compare it to. Head chef Gunjit is there everyday and makes sure you are enjoying your meal. Amazing service, nice place to chill in the evening with the beautiful view of the city. The best place for dinner in the area for sure.

Hands down the best cafe in Shimla. Must try their pizzas and blueberry cheesecake. Everything is a hit, highly recommended.

The food was so tasty, super professional staff, great Ambience and have a great view from the balcony at the backside of the cafe. Chef Gunjit Singh offered so many of superfine dishes and I have to uploaded some of the shots from the cafe. If you are in Shimla this place is must visit. Keep the good work up.

One of the best chefs in town hands down.

I usually order healthy chicken dishes from here like chicken with salad or barbecue chicken and while ordering I'm unable to find charcoal crumbed chicken in your website.

Kindly add some more low calorie dishes in Chicken menu like garlic chicken wings in seasme oil,
Baked chicken wings, Creamy mushroom chicken,chicken ceaser salad,grilled chicken breast etc.

Easily the best food out of any Shimla cafés— which should be no surprise since the owners retired as chefs at 5 star hotels before they started the cafe. Not as beautifully done up— although pleasant enough— as some nearby cafés, but you won’t find a better Thai curry, lamb burger, or kabab platter in Shimla. And the head chef at the Sanjauli cafe, Mohan, is wonderful about accommodating dietary restrictions and food allergies— tell him what you cannot eat, and he will happily suggest ways in which he can tweak a dish for you.

Recently visited Shimla & came across this cafe! I would recommend it to everyone not just for the ambience & the spectacular views from it but also for the scrumptious food they have, to offer! Their lamb burger & chicken steak sizzler were vibrant with flavour! The menu has so much to offer it makes you want to come back for more.The service was impeccable & the staff was very kind! For all of you on a budget this place is super light on the pocket! Don’t waste no more time y’all!

An absolute must go if you are in Shimla. Excellent food with excellent quality of ingredients and great service. The chefs hospitality was top notch. Had a great and memorable evening. Everything we ordered was just amazing . The cheesecake cannot be missed !

Extensive menu with exotic (in Shimla atleast) items on the list like Sushi, Duck, New Zealand Ribs, Imported Pork Chops etc etc. The proprietor is a former Executive Chef of a renowned Five star Hotel chain. That's the USP. Order anything off the menu and it is worth it. Chicken Momos are recommended. So is the Indian/Mughlai cuisine.
The location of the cafe is very convenient as it is right next to the main road at Sanjauli. There is a satellite express outlet at Chhota Shimla. They deliver everywhere in Shimla city. In fact, they do deliveries right uptill Shoghi if one is willing to pay the delivery fees.
PS: Forgot to mention the Blueberry Cheesecake. Heavenly.

We love to be blown away by good food and that's exactly what happened with us at the Corner Cafe. Without a doubt, the food is amazing. We had the Lam Biryani Combo and it was more than sufficient for 3 people, with very generous portions. The hospitality impressed us as well, with Mohan giving us stellar recommendations for various combinations of dishes etc. We definitely expect it to be our go-to place for l sorts of cuisines, oh and let's not forget the desserts. Haven't found a better eatery in Shimla yet.

I’ve visited the outlet multiple times gotta say the food is delicious and they never fail to impress. The cafe has a very nice ambiance which is perfect for families and youngsters. The hospitality is outstanding and they really pay attention to their customers. You should definitely try the weekend specials..

A family friendly restaurant with amazing service and food arrangements. balcony which opens to embrace the nature, Staff always standing with good smiles for warm welcome, The staff here is one of the best staffs, My experience was amazing with lots of memories, please meet Mr Rishu one of the best person there, who taking care of our dining experience and it was really amazing, Must visit place.

A perfect cafe for a good meal and a great coffee.
The owner and the staff is very kind and helpful.
My 6 year old son had a great time in this spacious cafe. I would suggest you to have a bookshelf as part of your interiors too.
The cafe is perfectly located and you can view the amazing view of Sanjauli, Navbahar from the balcony of this cafe. The weather was awesome and we had a amazing family time. Infact,we visited 2-3 times in a span of 3-4 days. We loved this cafe. The whole atmosphere is very inviting. People make the place and this was worth it. If you are staying in Navbahar or Sanjauli, then must visit place. Though we had hired a bike, the local bus stop is right outside so one can visit this place from any other area of Shimla too.The walk towards this place from Navbahar will be worth it too. Would request the owner to offer Free Wifi and combo coffee deals and some pastries/cakes/cookies so people can sit and enjoy their coffee for longer duration.The toilet was clean and this was a big plus. Looking forward to visit here once again
