Cafe' Amigos Shimla

The cafe is perfect synonym of “Experience”..
The view from cafe is breathtaking & you feel really close to nature.. Taste of the food is superb & pricing is reasonable too! Here’s what we tried:

Dal Makhni: superbly cooked lentil with a touch of spices that do not bother you much. The dal was cooked perfectly & taste was yum! It could have been more enhanced, but a great preparation though. Must Try!

Mix Veg: I prefer to have some dry dish as well in the main course, though the taste was average but selection of veggies were really good. They used Peas, Beans, Paneer, Carrots & Mushroom for the dish preparation.

Butter Naan: Though a bit more crunchy & less soft, Naans were good too!

Tea: Just one word “Fantastic”. They also serve alcohol as well & we had beer, they serve by bottle.

Cafe Amigo! It was really amazing to just sit and watch the city glittering in light like small pieces of stars on the earth.
The interior was really good and creatively crafted with wall arts.
Thought there were not so many people but the staff was still energetic to serve the ones who were dining in. The food too was decent. Bit pricey but then the apparently the entire city is so expensive for the tourists.

Tried coffees, peppermint tea, LGH, pizzas, garlic bread, noodles and everything was amazing- loved it.

Service is commendable, they don’t take long time, I can say that it is fast.

Absolutely mesmerizing view with a lovely ambience and great food as well ! I am normally a non veg food preferring person but the veg Pizza we ordered was heavenly ! Chinese food could be better so I reduced one star but rest all dishes were good !

I loved this place for three reasons.

1) Good ambiance, e.g. there was an indoor as well as outdoor area. You can enjoy sitting outside enjoying nature and birds chirping was really the peaceful. Moreover, there is a very thoughtful and beautiful theme inside the premise of the cafe.

2) The food was really delicious. We ordered Alfredo pasta and cheese chilli. Both were so delightful. In beverages, cold coffee and fresh lime soda were also good.

3) The location was good. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The view from the cafe is amazing. They serve good food. The seating capacity is comfortable and spacious. There are hanging chairs too. You can try pasta and coffee here with an awesome view.

This is indeed one of the best open cafes one can visit in Shimla. Unlike the cramped wake n bake cafe, this cafe is beautifully designed with tastefully designed walls, floor and chairs. The owner is gem of a person with a very welcoming attitude. Also, the food is nice with the pizzas being exceptional. There are high rise chairs, bean bags and cozy swing chairs to relax in. The ambience is cherry on the cake with amazingly soulful cafe lounge music in the background and a beautiful scenic view in the foreground. All in all, the cafe is a great place to spend time with friends and family.

Delicious Food With Beautiful View 🫰🤩

I always visit this place whenever I go to Shimla.
Moderately expensive but, worth the experience

Loved it.. Location is great, on Shimla Solan NH. Limited parking available. Ambiance is great. Staff is friendly and professional. View is amazing.. Specially at night when you can see Shimla in colorful lights. If you need a great sitting place on outskirts of Shimla it's a place you have been looking for.
Will definitely visit again.

Very beautiful location.. You get full view of the mountains.. The decor is very good particularly the high chairs and the bean bag seats and the swing. .We had breakfast here which was excellent ..The paranthas were crisp and with minimal oil . Masala tea was excellent ..The washroom was spot clean which is a major plus point.. Very nice place would love to come again

The place is lovely and beverages are good. . . French fries can be better.

A warm and sophisticated place. The owner takes personal pride as a host. Food is sumptuous, the ambiance is great and the view is the best (to be felt and experienced). Love the place. The staff is very cordial too.
