An awesome hotel with all facilities.Room decore and balcony was amazing.As per our request perfect balcony room was given.Food serving staff take cares of you very much.We reached at late night even then they keep a dinner for us in a hot tiffin box.What a friendly behaviour just like family.Rooms and toilets were very clean.Staff was amazing.We must recommend everyone to stay here.Breakfast and dinner was delicious.Room services are quick and perfect.

I booked this hotel through Himachal Travel wings. The hotel staffs were very helping. There foods was so tasty. We were reached Shimla at 11:00 PM. After that they given to us dinner with respectfully.

Very good located, interior decoration was superb, good food, room service just one call,hot water 24 hours , resemble room rates, excellent service,all Stewards taking care, every room's provided hitar,I stay two days with my family and friend's,if you visit Simla Satyam paradise is superb.

One of the best hotels in shimla with good service and well maintained rooms. Good food with decent menu. Friendly staff. Outside view from the balcony is just mesmerizing. Attached photos doesn't do proper justice for the scenic beauty though. A good experience to stay in this hotel if in shimla!

Nice rooms and excellent hospitality. Staff and Mr Ramlal and his colleague at reception is very polite and respond immediately. They provided hygienic food. From restaurant you can have excellent view of city. I prefer only this hotel whenever we visit. I advise management to keep this hospitality for complete satisfaction of couple and family.

Staff is really very helpful. You ask and they serve it with an amazing smile 😊 They treat their customers very nicely.. Enjoyed our 3 days stay at satyam paradise. The food served is sooo amazing 🤩 We loved both veg and non veg .. it was super yummy 😋 food ..The location is also beautiful from the dining area.. One drawback is there is no lift so if u have heavy luggage then it's a problem ...

Everything was excellent, food was amazing, staff were very friendly and helpful. If I talk about quality of room, it was amazing with comfortable beds and superb views outside the balcony.

I reached Hotel Satyam Paradise around 11pm. We (group of 8) are supposed to be at the hotel by 9pm. So on the way we called the hotel staff to keep some dinner for us. The hotel staff was very polite and they kept the kitchen open for us. Very happy with the hospitality from Satyam Paradise.
The rooms are neat and clean. Bathroom is also good with geyser. Bathing soap and Towel will be provided by the hotel. They have good parking lot. Staffs are very polite. Breakfast and dinner were superb.So happy with overall experience. You will enjoy the stay here.

Awesome experience! This was our first day in Himachal and we were starting our trip from Shimla and we had booked this hotel for two days in Shimla. It was a nice experience from room to reception to food to interior everything was just. Especially the food was awesome. I really enjoyed the food. They had all types of foods be it south indian or north Indian or there own local himachal food. They had all the options in both breakfast and dinner. The room was also ok and spacious (don't expect it like your home 😄). The view from my bedroom gallery was also good. Tall mountains with lights in night will feel awesome (If you are there with your partner then that can definitely make you feel romantic 😉)

Me and my wife had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The view from outside of this hotel is beautiful. The staff is polite and co-operative. Easy check-in check-out facilities. Food quality is good. Had a wonderful stay. I would recommend this hotel for a stay.

It was really good experience to stay here. Their hospitality was really worth appreciating. Food quality too was damn good. Their first preference are their quality. Also the view from the room is so fabulous, the valley of Shimla really makes each morning really memorable one. Surely five stars for all that they deserve. 👌👌👌😘
