Excellent Location, mall road is at walkable distance of 10 minutes. Rooms need some upgradation considering the tariff

One of the best place to stay in Shimla. Neat clean good rooms. Great service, good food. Ample parking space. Close to Ridge and Mall (few minutes walk to Lift). Beautiful garden.
They should have buffet spread of breakfast, instead of taking orders.

Recently attended a function here and it’s just perfect. The service was good, food was great and the location is at the center of Shimla city .

It was a wonderful experience to stay in Hotel Holiday Home, Simla.
It is under HPTDC group of hotels and I as a single lady traveller was taken care of very well.
Hospitality was excellent, the staff was very polite and courteous , room service was prompt and clean.
The package that was offered to me by Arvindji was very nice too.
I would again love to spend few of my days there. Thanks 😊

luxury rooms and suites are the best ones. Rest all rooms are smaller in size with good view.

Hotel staff is very supportive. Good food when you have it at restaurant not room. In room there is less varieties available. Breakfast also has lots of varieties with great taste.

Nostalgia!! Had had come here when I was a kid and now after so many years it was cool.

Room size is quite adequate in the newly constructed wing. Food served in the restaurant is at par with the international standards. Be it Continental, Indian, Chinese etc. Staff is very nice. 5 star rating for the Cleanliness.

Fantastic place, I think more than its location and view, it's a place where you just get the elite treatment.
Very helpful staff, it's all from HP Tourism and food is nice.
The only thing to improve would be to improve the complimentary buffet breakfast, which ideally should have a seperate menu and items to pick for, but still they accomodate you too much.

It has a bar inside as well, you can even park your car.

Great location. Large well appointed rooms with sitting areas. Fast service. Good food. The breakfast buffet had lots of options. Friendly staff who provided room service at no extra charge when their restaurant was too crowded. They also provided decent toiletries which was much appreciated after a long hot journey.

It's a great stay in hptdc holiday home. Great place for family. Nearby to mall road. 5 minz walk from the tourist lift that connects to the mall road. Breakfast is yummy. Hospitality is very good.

I stayed at Himachal Holiday Home during my family trip to Himachal Pradesh, it was a great experience overall.

The location of the hotel is perfect! Its calm, quite and peaceful, they also have a parking which is a huge plus, it is 10 minutes walking from main points of Kausauli including church, mall road and heritage lane. You can start your hike to sunset point from the hotel itself, its only 1 hour hike away.

The rooms were clean, service was fast, food was good, and staff was friendly. The best thing about the hotel is its huge panoramic 360 degree view of mountains.

Perfect location, it's walking distance from mall road lift. Nice valley view from window. Helpful hotel staff. Please select breakfast buffet while booking, lots of variety.
