Second time stayed again in this hotel and as always their service, food and over all hospitality was amazing. Thanks to Mr. Zeeshan from service desk for arranging all my travel. The kids section kept my kids engaged and food was delicious. It has a sunset point wherein you can sit and relax. Overall, I had a wonderful stay.

Consecutively for two times I chose to stay with them. Everything is just so perfect. The food, the rooms, the people, the service, the location, everything is so satisfying.
Loved the stay again.

It's awesome staff is well behaved and food is very good overall it's a very good place to stay in Shimla.

Everything is good. Excerpt for the distance you have to walk to reach the Hotel. They should arrange battery car.

The staff are very helpful and try to make you feel at home. They are polite and provide all sorts help for tourism. The only problem is the location. The location may be troublesome for elderly people as to being located on an steep mountains. But the view is nice and good for family trips. The food is unbelievably good and very homely and made with very little oil. The rooms may be small for families but perfect for 2 people.

Where should I start my words of praise for this wonderful property in Simla. We, a family of five stayed at this hotel and all of us were completely satisfied with everything the hotel has to offer.

The food quality and variety was awesome. The taste was so perfect. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here.
The staff at the reception, in the restaurant and the helping staff- all were very helpful and co-operative.

We stayed in honeymoon suite. The room is excellent. With proper sunlight and hygiene maintained. Breakfast is also good with decent options. Location is near to mall road but cars are not allowed till hotel and it is at good height so can be problematic for aged people or those who cant walk much. Car parking facility is not there, so you have to park at government parking. Staff was very helping and prompt.

Located around 5 minutes walk from Mall Road (No Parking). Very nicely built with ample amenities, open sitting & entertainment, with panoramic view of Shimla. Courteous staff, A-one service standards AND above all sumptuous Buffet breakfast. Out of Menu, every item, veg & nonveg is prepared fresh on order. Not a single item I found an inch less than the best.
Ideal stay for one & all , specially for the young & newly - wed (specially decorated rooms) within budget. However not ok for those elderly who cannot, at-all, climb heights. Overall, it's Value for money.
And one sincere advice. It's highly advisable to include Buffet Dinner while booking. It comes at app. INR 500/- per diem and enjoy the complete luxury for staying & delicious eatables.

We stayed in this resort for 3 days . And must say that we had a beautiful experience. Like the room was very neat and clean... The view from the window was the best part of staying in this place. Whole shimla can be seen and it is very near to mall road by walking.. another most important thing is the food. It was so delicious and tasty each n every item in breakfast and dinner they were serving.
Lastly the staffs were very helpful and humble.
In whole everything was perfect... Had a great experience...

It's a beautiful hotel with wonderful rooms and great staff. Loved the hospitality. The view from the rooms is absolutely lovely. Loved every bit of our stay. Highly recommended.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable. The sevice was exceptional as well. Hotel provide pickup and drop to lift parking free of cost. Only mall road walking distance is around 1.5 km which you have to cover by foot. Will recommend to my colleagues!

Wifi good service good food are good and rooms are neat and clean. Overall good experience must try this hotel only one minus point for me veg and non-veg both are available. I m jain so for me one minus point.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and the experience was absolutely amazing, the staff was professional and helpful.
Breakfast, lunch or dinner every meal was tasty.
The spa room is also a great service to enjoy, as it has all the amenities.
We also had candle light dinner, which was right under the stars in the open lawn.
It’s 10 min walk for mall road from the hotel and a little hike. So if you’re not afraid of little hiking then it’s a good hotel to start your trip.

It's a beautiful property. Hospitality is amazing that why they deserve 5 star.

Things to consider before booking the hotel.
1. They don't have any balcony
2. You have to walk atleast 1km from Mall Road and you can't get any public transport.
3. No parking
4. Hotel is at very good high from the Road. So you have to littley climb 50 meters of road. It's tilted 45 degrees.
And then you will get the life to hotel.
5. Hotel does not even provide free pick and drop service.
6. It's not a central heated. No Airconditioner. No refrigerator.

Thinks to consider renting the hotel
1. It's a peaceful place.
2. Hotel staff is amazing.
3. Food is very nice and affordable.
4. Clean hotel.
5. It have good amount of green area.
If young couple and friends are coming then only book it, don't book it senior Citizens. If you are booking the hotel make sure you don't slip while 45degree angle Road.
Many people have raised the complainant about the same.

BEST HOTEL TO STAY AT SHIMLA 💯/💯

The hotel located at a perfect location away from crowd.
The main issue is to park the cark far away from hotel location.
You need to walk around 20 minutes to reach over hotel.
They hotel staff and rooms are awesome.
This place is very neat and clean.
Suggestions to the hotel please finda way to park the cars near by and free.

I have paid 600RS for parking additional.
And walk 20 minutes to reach at the location.
Please find a way to do so.

Feeling so happy. I and my husband stayed for 2 days in this hotel and it was really a memorable experience. View is awesome, and food tasted good. Hospitality is 100% they are so polite and gave us good vibes during our stay. I recommend to not think more and just go for a stay in this hotel if u visit shimla. If u want to make ur trip the best, then visit this hotel with clean rooms, good food, wonderful hospitality, great view of trees and snow from the hotel window. This was the best hotel i visited till now. Just go for it.
