Customize Trip

Booked trip with customize trip via travel triangle for 4N 5D .trip for first 2 days was gud ..every thing well managed ..but the hotel buk for another 2N at manali was big trouble..when heading towards manali I got call from hotel buked in manali that hotel Is full and u get on 3rd floor room..I said while buking to have me ground floor room ...so they transfer me to another cottage which is 7 kms away from manali ..I visited there it was so scary and worst no roads were there to reach that place so I denied to stay there and said get me the hotel u booked for me..the owner of hotel came with me there and he open the property ..no kitchen no housekeeping team nothing..so I said how can I stay here..no room was ready ..as hotel was locked ..so I complained customize trip ..they say we can’t do anything..and also property owner said we will provide u dinner at 9:30-10 pm ..I said no kitchen then how will u give us..he said whatever we provide have it don’t argue for it...so i denied to stay and then I went to another hotel by myself ..no customer support to me from customize trip ...
