This hotel is located hardly 1-1.5Kms away from the temple rush at a calm n quite area. This is actually an apartment where they rent out 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK apartments. I have taken a 1 BHK apartment for just 2300/- through goibibo. Its really a value for money with an AC bed room, a big drawing room, dining table, separate kitchen, fridge etc. which is suitable for a family. The food served here from O Persia restaurant is so delicious and its a must try for the Arabian dishes they serve here. Hot water is available 24x7 and the bathrooms were neat and clean. Highly recommended for a comfortable and safe stay for family as well as for friends group!

Very neat and clean property. Front office manager and staff were very cordial, always ready to help. 'O persia' restaurant - a middle east themed restaurent offers vide varieties of food, with excellent ambiance, also offer room service. East nada is just 5 min by drive. Due to flyover construction, walking to temple is a bit difficult. Overall excellent stay and worth for money.

Great experience! Absolutely satisfied with the stay and service provided with the staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Staff were really friendly.

Well maintained apartments, we had booked 3 BHK apt for 9 persons, excellent view from 6th floor of nearby coconut plantations. Sumptuous breakfast was provided.

Everything about the Utsavam hotel rooms is excellent!! Best for wedding ceremonies /Party hall Bi-Ola as comfortable settings. Rooms is homely atmosphere with neat clean and sanitized.. all staff were friendly. They have restaurant which offers the best South Indian/ North Indian & Chinese food from where food can we ordered to rooms which are so tasty and delicious food..

A best choice for families visiting guruvayoor. The hotel is conveniently located near the temple with spacious and clean rooms, a well-maintained property in the area. Another highlight of this place is its staff from front desk, Housekeeping, restaurant and kitchen. They are well trained and are very willing to help their customers. The restaurant located in the hotel has great food choices too. I would certainly come back to this location because of the best experience we had during our stay here.

We had a spacious apartment with beautiful views and wonderful service and hospitality from the staff. Our apartment had all of the conveniences we could hope for and my son liked the breakfast service every day... We will definitely plan a return stay on our next visit...

Had comfortable and pleasant stay here .All the staffs, especially the housekeeping supervisor Mr.Ravi was very helpful,polite and courteous. One general suggestion is to increase the Wi-Fi range inside the rooms . Otherwise the overall experience was pretty good.
