I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for two days and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breathtaking valley view from my room. Waking up to such a mesmerizing sight every morning was truly a treat for the senses.

Moreover, the service provided by the staff was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to assist with any request I had.

Not only did the hotel boast a stunning view, but the food served at the on-site restaurant was also top-notch. From delectable breakfast options to mouthwatering dinner choices, every meal was a culinary delight. The menu offered a variety of dishes, accommodating different dietary preferences, and the quality of the ingredients used was evident in every bite.

The hotel is great and the hotel people took initiative in making sure we were taken care of. Our room looks and smells so good because Bassist, who was assigned to our room, did such a wonderful job of cleaning the room and making our bed. The room looks great.Also the view from the room was amazing. Food was also very good. We opted for buffet service all three times and it was fantastic. We have had a few very peaceful days staying in a lovely hotel in the beautiful cedar forests. The staff were very courteous and attentive. The restaurant provided excellent service from Sarthak and his team with wonderful food from Chef Ravinder and his team. A memorable stay.

We stayed in ITC Hotel for 2 nights.
This is one those properties that you will not forget. The stay is definitely very memorable. It’s essentially a palace converted into a hotel.
Some of the unique things over here are definitely the decor and the attention to detail in preserving all the originality of the palace.
The food specially veg Indian and Chinese food is very authentic. Specially thanks to Mr. Chef Himanshu and Chef Ravinder

The rooms were clean with well managed staff, very hygienic, Perfect, the food was superb, great work.... Chef Ravinder and Himanshu at the cafe assisted very well.
Nice shiny Marble floors and sufficient elevators. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would come back again.

I had stayed there with my parents for a weekend and had a most fantastic stay. Staff was very friendly and food was delicious.my room was big and spacious with amazing valley view. Also they have Vr games room and other outdoor activities like archery and shooting which I really enjoyed a lot. In short It’s a wonderful property with all amenities. Highly recommended

Great hospitality, special thanks to team housekeeping dose a super job in maintaining the room clean and don't get me started with the laundry. I don't think I could ever fold clothes like they did. An excellent hotel about 45 mins from the centre of Shimla.

The staff have all been fantastic, helpful, and well organised. The room was very comfortable. Clean with a nice bathroom and a good view from the balcony, with all the amenities you would expect.

Both breakfast and dinner options were fantastic.

My only caveat for those looking would be to note it is not near anything or Shimla itself. If you want a quiet retreat and are happy to take a taxi into town, then this is a great place.

It's a luxurious getaway to the mountains. Rooms are very comfy clean and cozy. Spacious too.
The hotel overlooks a valley, which is a beautiful sight. Staff is courteous as expected.
