I wanted to share my recent experience at Bhopal Fracture Hospital. My family and I were in a tough spot when a loved one suffered multiple fractures and needed immediate care. After coming from another hospital, we found ourselves at Bhopal Fracture Hospital, and I must say, it was the best decision we made.

Dealing with insurance can be tough, but Mr. Abhishek at Bhopal Fracture Hospital made the process smooth and hassle-free. He patiently handled all our queries and ensured we received timely insurance claims without any hassle.

When we needed an ambulance urgently, it arrived in no time, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable journey. The presence of a nurse and attendant made the transportation smooth, especially considering the patient's condition.

The response time at Bhopal Fracture Hospital was commendable. Ms. Jaswant at the helpdesk and the emergency doctors were prompt and efficient, ensuring that the patient received timely treatment, including access to the operation theater when needed.

The ICU at the hospital is well-equipped and staffed with experienced doctors and nurses. They provided round-the-clock care, and their compassionate approach, especially during late hours, was truly comforting for us.

Dr. Kamlesh Kumar Verma Ji and Dr. Shashank Agrawal Ji are exceptional surgeons who not only possess expertise but also take the time to understand the patient's condition thoroughly. Their daily rounds and discussions with the family reassured us and helped us understand the treatment plan better.
The private rooms were a welcome relief during our stay. They were spacious, well-equipped, and maintained hygienically. The ward staff was friendly and assisted us during physiotherapy sessions.

Canteen served decent and hygienic meals on call.

The physiotherapists, including Dr. Akanksha, Dr. Renu, Dr. Sushil, and Dr. Ram, were knowledgeable and attentive. They not only helped the patient with their sessions but also addressed our queries patiently.

The pharmacy staff was helpful and ensured that we had access to all the necessary medications, even during late hours. Their digitized system minimized errors and streamlined the process, which was reassuring for us.
Dr. Mithilesh Malviya's visit to our home to remove stitches was a kind gesture that went a long way in reassuring us of the hospital's commitment to patient care. Moreover, the availability of rooftop space for dining and ample, safe parking added to our overall experience.

Having someone with the patient at all times, especially during the night, is crucial. Asking questions until satisfied and informing the help desk about insurance details upon admission can also make the process smoother.

Overall, our experience at Bhopal Fracture Hospital was nothing short of exceptional. The dedication and compassion shown by the staff, coupled with the top-notch facilities, make it deserving of recognition as the best trauma and critical care center in central India.

I was hospitalized at Bhopal Fracture Hospital on August 16th, 2023 on the recommendation of Dr. Sunil Pandit for my spine surgery.
I am glad to confirm that I experienced high professionalism from all the staff members of the hospital. The front desk cum addmission team led by Jaswant Kaur, OT staff, and nursing staff, Sister Malna Belwanshi, Sister Nishi Bhargava, all have been a great help in caring and ensuring comfortable stay and fast recovery.
The doctors also visited twice a day to ensure the patient was in no discomfort and recovering well.
Apart from doctors, a nuterinist also visited and advised right food and excersice to improve my health and stay fit.
In my personal opinion, it is overall a great hospital, with very efficient team working together to ensure best treatment to patients.
Although, there is one issue I experienced that there is no good Cafeteria/Canteen facility in the hospital and so I had to depend on online food ordering.

Experience was so friendly Dr.Verma has given nice treatment to patient all staff ,nursing behavior was also very familiar due to this patient feel hospital like home.

My mother Mrs. Shradha choudhary was admitted in Bhopal fracture hospital due to spine issues. She was admitted under the guidance of Dr. Sandeep Sharma and operated by Dr. Rajneesh Gour. Both the doctors were very humble and answered all my queries.The hospital was well maintained and whole hospital staff was very cooperative .All the facilities were provided under one roof .

I was taken into emergency and the duty staff was extremely prompt and helpful. They neither wasted any time & nor asked us to fill additional forms or anything like that, as is the case in other big hospitals. Their priority was to take care of arisen emergency, which they did with extreme care. Additionaly, the doctor took special attention to ask me if i was feeling better, as did the nurse. I have admitted in Bhopal Fracture hospital due to accident fromscooty & my leg ankle broken & Doctor Shashank Agarwal have done very good surgery with successfully & takeover me ,his dedication & behaviour is very good .nursing home is very good service with all staff members.

My mother's knee joint replacement was done here. Doctor Sandeep Sharma is an absolutely brilliant surgeon and a gem of a person. Physio Dr. Ram is equally good. The hospital has a superb infrastructure and friendly staff. The only reason why it's not perfect is they don't serve food for patient and also make us take do too many rounds to pharmacy which is in the same premises. I think it can be avoided. If they can add this it will be perfect.

Doctor kamlesh Verma sr is a very good and experienced doctor.The nursing staff and the other staff is also very good and caring.My wife Mrs Pawan Sharma had a ankle fracture due to fall at home.i was so scared so I directly came to Bhopal fracture hospital as I have trust that.
