It's a very good place to stay with ample car parking

It was a wonderful experience and we had a very pleasant stay here. Hospitality is very good rather I would say extraordinary as this is run by a retired teacher. He is very nice human being. Staff also possess very good attitude in providing services. I would strongly recommend this place if you are planning to stay in kanipakkam. You will get beautiful private parking for the car, it is one other advantage. Cleanliness and hygiene is taken care with utmost care.

I have visited this place twice...Ganesh Temple is very close (walkable distance). Rooms are clean and very spacious. Parking place is also huge. They don't have kitchen but near by street has food options. Overall nice place to stay at reasonable price.

Without any doubt the best hotel in kanipakam . we have booked a suit room it was worth of each penny. Very well maintained. A year old property. 200meters from the temple. Ample car parking space, only con is there is no restaurant. Highly recommended for family.

I have stayed for a Night. I feel this hotel is the one of the a best hotel in kanipakam. The hotel was maintained very cleanly and the service was good and the hotel staff are very friendly they treated like a family and talks always with smile.
This hotel is very near to Temple.
We will get fresh air because no building surrounded by this hotel and greenery is there.

Stayed on Kanipakkam temple visit (1 night 2 days), very near to the Ganapathy temple (walkable), newly constructed, booked suit, it was fantastic, completely value for money, caretaker is very nice gentlemen. Not much services are available however everything are manageable as all are nearby only. Stay was very pleasant. Suggest for all families who wants to visit Kanipakkam.

Fantastic service and very welcoming owner(Mr.Swamy). Best place to stay and relax. Very clean rooms and really felt like home stay. 6 of us stayed in one suite and deluxe A/C room. Very well maintained A/C.I would recommend this place to all and totally value for money.

Nice and quite place. Service is there 24 hrs. Reception person very nice and helpful even at mid night. Rooms and toilets extremely neat and clean. Nice car parking they have. Totally value for money.

best in this place; Pros: spacious and clean rooms; car parking and sit out space; Cons: (not bigger but to avoid high expectations) - No lift and intercom and shower in the bathroom --> But you can not expect all these in a village like Kanipakam

I would say you can get a good deal from this place compared to other ones in the area. Reasonable prices for the best quality hotel in the area. Management is willing to negotiate on prices if you book directly through them. Management gives discount prices on group bookings and extended stays.

Quite & pleasent place and 24 hours service avail. No disturbances and have wide parking area. Rooms are really clean and spacious and 100% cleanly wash rooms.
