Almost empty when we went, being a holiday week and festival time. Nice drive up the hill, lot of parking space. Quite peaceful except the playful monkey's. Take care about your things with them around. Peaceful holy place to pray, sit and relax. Enjoyable weather and atmosphere on that day

Anjaneya Swamy Temple, Ardhagiri.
Rs.50/- for car using the 1.2 kms of ghat road to reach the temple. Rs.10/- per person to have darshan of Lord Anjaneya. (NO FREE Darshan at any time of the day.) We had good darshan.

Great and peaceful temple. 15 km from Chittoor & 13 km from Kanipakam. Small Ghat road leads to temple. Leisurely place may be on weekdays.

First time hearing about this place. This place is called ardhagiri as a piece of Sanjeevani mountain fell at this place when lord Hanuman was carrying it. Serene place, gets very busy on pournami days. There's an entry toll of 50 rupees. Lots of parking available.

Very powerful god..

We have visited this temple as part of our round trip just few km away from kanipakam, as name suggests it is located on small hill. Peaceful and had nice darshanam in few min. Please be aware you will be sour-ended by real hanumas(monkeys) if you have food in hands. Plan to visit early hours do that you can visit Shiva temple in same premises. The shiv temple was closed when we visited around 6pm. You can also see a mountain with unbelievable rock formations. Wonder full green view.

Very powerful temple. You can borrow a water bottle and snacks. If you are going through a bike & car. Though buss from Chittoor to Aragonda though buss. From there it's 2.00 kilometers. From there you can go to auto.

Very positive vibe when we visit the temple. We can also drink holy water with medicineal values coming from the holly pond. Good climate and lot of trees. But should be careful with monkeys.

Good location to visit for getting holy water. Has good ambiance. The trust plans to fetch as much money as possible in order to allow inside the temple for darshan, no matter what time of morning you visit. Had to pay 500 for Aaku seva to Anjaneya swami. Look yourself for the pictures

Sri arthagiri veeranjaneya swamy temple, located in aragonda village, near from kanipakam temple, the pilgrims who came to visits kanipakam and also visited this temple also.
