Departure area is good when the temperature is cool. May not be as pleasant in summers. Security remains as ancient as before with long queues.

It will be a very comfy airport once they finished the reconstruction. I love the staffs warm welcoming and the environment around; greenery at it's best.

It was good experience... Hassle free no rush to check in counter ...one think to remember if u r going to airport then the transportation fair is 1500 for local taxi and private rental vehicles too ..as it's too far from the capital city aizawl ...
