Bishnoi Village Safari Private Tours

Had booked my half day Safari with them. Everything was well scheduled and nicely explained. Deepak sir made our safari most memorable one. We watched quite a lot of animals, visited Bishnoi Village and saw some beautiful handcraft work. No cheating, No extra Money if over time. Would recommend it to everyone here.

Wonderful place to visit if any one wants to experience village life and explore our cultural heritage. Mr. Ranveer had good knowledge and was polite and friendly. The Safari jeep in itself was an amazing experience ! What a collection he has ! Must visit if you are in Jodhpur.

I highly recommend this tour. Our guide Veer met us at the clock tower on time in his really cool Jeep :) he explained the history and culture of the Bishnoi people really well. we were able to see an opium ceremony, carpet weaving, a lake, authentic village houses, farming, pottery making. It was really cool and a welcome relief from the intensity of traveling in the city. Thank you!

Mr Raj is a gem of a person. He took us on the village tour, showing us the village lifestyle in detail. He is a great conversationalist and will give you so much interesting information that you will be in awe. Highly recommend lunch or dinner at his farmhouse because that is an experience not to be missed. His collection of vintage jeeps is another level! Absolutely amazing experience that will stay with us for a long long time.

We did the village Safari Tour for a half day during our stay in Jodpur. It was very impresssive to see the Bishnoi village and all the common craft techniques they use (pottery, weaving, tailoring) as well as their opium tradition.

The safari with Ranveer was really good. Ranveer was super kind and the tour with him was interesting.
His family was so nice with incredible food at the end of the safari.

Honestly, we did not know what to expect behind this name of "Safari tour" ... and it was just great!
The drive in historical Jeep was simply great on the country side, seeing the wild life, and having true talks about the history and present of the rural life in the region. Meeting ancestral traditions, seeing real handy crafts, as well as visiting the Unicef Day care center was great. With our trully local guide we could have a real discussion instead of just some explinations and questions.
Finally, we had a stop at his home with a local lunch prepared by his wife (probably the best food we had over the last 10 days, discussions with the whole family (in fact 2 families) about all possible subjects, preparimg the bread, joking with the teenagers, and seeing all the historical Jeeps and motorcycles :-)

The experience was amazing and very interesting. Ranveer was our guide and he was very polite and explained the story of the village very well. If you are in jodhpur you should definitely do this tour.

Expecting to be taken to a reserve area, I was amazed that we spotted our first chinkara upon entering a village road. It’s beautiful to see animals moving freely in human spaces

Over the next 2 hours, we saw tens of chinkaras (and their male black bucks), Nilgais, peacocks, Siberian cranes, owl, mallard ducks

We also totally enjoyed visiting the village families of Bishnois, Prajapatis, potters, block print makers

Our guide, Rajveer was very enthusiastic and sensitive. He shared with us many interesting details and kept checking on our comfort

We had a really good experience! Visited true village life around Jodhpur by jeep. Raj was nice and let us taste a very good lunch. We recommend this tour!

It was amazing experience , ranvir took extra efforts to spot deer , explained very well @ bhisnoi village and there culture, he is passionate @ his job .
