My Mom had spinal operation on last friday(02/02/2024) in Bala ortho Hospital.. Hospital facility, caring everything is excellent..Even though it is critical operation my Mom try to walk on very next day.. Within 5 days my Mom able to walk, sit by her own.. My Name is Lakshmi Narasimhan I'm working at Canon company in Lilongwe Malawi Africa.I had a knee injury on year of 2017 and after a year come to know Acl was completely torned. I had a arthoscopic surgery on both knees but no Acl surgery .The dr.Balasubramaniam I seen several videos on his YouTube channel I was so impressed.Because the way how he was explained is very good clarity on that and confidence.
After viewing the videos I was informed my wife talk to dr for knees swelling issues.Today dr called me through my WhatsApp to Africa he was explained very clearly previously both knees arthoscopic surgery was not ok.
First they should done a acl construction but not done.This is the number one issues for my knee frequent swelling.So I am planning to go to India for surgery by September.

I am 64 years old and living in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. I was suffering due to pain on my left shoulder for more than 6 months. I had difficulty and unbearable pain in lifting and moving my hand front, back and above the neck and head.

I tried physiotherapy but of no relief. Fortunately, I happened to see Dr.Bala's YouTube video on treating frozen shoulder problem. Immediately I consulted Dr.Bala during his Chennai visit at National Hospital. My first consultation with him was so promising. The way he explained about frozen shoulder problem and his treatment for it was very much assuring and immediately decided to go for Arthroscopy.

My wife was suffering from Cervical spondylitis and Surgeon in Switzerland advised for a surgery. We contacted Dr. Balasubramaniam and he advised not to do immediately. We were ready to go India to consult him but he advised not to travel and waste our money. It shows that he is not a money oriented person. My wife felt very comfortable speaking with him and explaining her issues in our mother tongue. He is accessible via Whatsapp and he is willing to support the people. I recommend the tamil speaking people to contact him if you have any issues and it costed you very minimal. You cannot consult a surgeon for this cost in Sri lanka too. Thank you Doctor.
