Happened to travel from Coimbatore to Bangalore in KMS travels. The experience was great in all terms.

Punctual, Clean and tidy seats, friendly crew and supportive service.

The bus ambience is good and they provided with woolen blankets, and they seats were too spacious. I had more leag room and all the facilities were decent. The bus operator give you water bottle.
Usually in AC bus, the drivers use air freshener to maintain pleasant smell, which in turn is not pleasant and becomes headache. In KMS, the freshner was soft and did not give any headache inspite of travelling in front seats.

The rest stop was decent, and dropping time was punctual.

Will travel more with KMS in future for the bus comfort and service.

Comfortable and safe bus. The drivers doesn’t do rash driving and are really friendly and helpful. The bus is very clean too.
