I'm here to emphasize how disappointed I am with the abysmal installation response from Airtel Xstream. Initially, disheartened by what I perceived as insufficient response and service from Jio, I decided to switch to Airtel Xstream. Everything seemed promising until they hit me with installation charges. After that, technicians visited my house only to declare that the connection couldn't be established in this area.

Attempting to reach the salesperson who handled my registration has been a futile effort for nearly three to four days now. Even the technical team from the showroom, who contacted me about installing a dish, added to the frustration by assuring a prompt response, yet I'm still waiting. If you're considering a fiber connection, based on my experience, I strongly advise against choosing Airtel

Have requested to restore our corporate connections for the past 8 days. However no response from Airtel. They are least bothered about customer satisfaction and they really don’t care if the customer wants to leave airtel. The staffs are so rude and they don’t never want to answer any questions.

Worst service by staff...I came to uninstallation of fibre .....service due to relocation.....they are saying that we have to call customer care and they are not ready to help...they are fully concentrated in the sale of sim only

Worst customer service. You have to go 10 times to resolve your queries. Still my issues haven’t resolved yet.. they won’t attend your queries properly.. they always show them like they are busy..
