Landmark of Tuticorin. Shiva and vishnu temples are located next to next. Currently managed by hindu endowment board. Maintenance can be better than what it is today.No prasadam counters are available.
Kal mandapam construction is in progress in front of Perumal Temple. The work is in slow pace and expected to be completed in another 2 years.

A divine place in Tuticorin. Very pleasant experience. The temple is in pandian region but it is in the style of cholas temple. ie swamy and ambal is in same sannidhi. A perumal temple is also located nearby.

Very old shiva temple.... here the main god name is shankara rameshwarar and amman name is bhagampiriyal.... very traditional temple... its located in the heart of the city... parking is difficult for this temple...

My favourite place. I used to visit there whenever I felt I needed peace of mind. It's a big temple and lord Shiva and Parvati are known as Shankara Rameshwarar and Bagambriyal respectively. Sitting in the temple in front of the 'kodi maram' and meditating will make our mind calm and soothing.
